Illness: No one wants to think about it, but it truly is the elephant in the room. And that elephant is only going to get bigger and harder to ignore as time goes on.
Right now the statistics are startling. Every year the obesity rate goes up, diabetes becomes more common, and people require more and more medications for their conditions.
If you don’t have a clean bill of health, or have a parent or friend suffering from an illness, then you know the weight of this.
You probably realize that you’re a statistic waiting to happen, and you very well might be. That probably scares you out of your mind.
