One-on-One Programs
3 Programs have been developed for you to choose from.
As each person is uniquely themselves, I wanted to ensure there was something for everyone and every family.
These programs range from a little chat to discuss your wellness goals, all the way up to an entire month where we work together to address those wellness goals and health concerns.

CONSLTATION ________________________________________$75
Giving you an insight into your body and what may be holding you back from reaching your health goals and feeling amazing.
This program is perfect for those who like the sounds of improving their health, but aren't quite sure how or what diet and lifestyle changes can help.
What is included in a Consult:
1. 1 hour one-on-one video consultation to review your health complaints and health goals.
2. I will assess your body systems and offer insight into your body's function, and identify imbalances that are contributing to health complaints and/or limiting your ability to achieve your health goals.
3. I will offer recommendations to guide you towards wellness and offer the knowledge you need to determine what next step is right for your health and lifestyle.
Specific food and supplement recommendations are not provided in the consult.
FULL ASSESSMENT________________________________$480.00
Offers a personalized health program that is tailored to meet your personal needs and help you achieve your wellness goals.
A Full Assessment provides you with insight into your body and offers specific recommendations to support imbalanced body systems. A personalized health program is developed specifically for you, to address your health complaints, concerns and wellness goals.
What is included in a Full Assessment:
1. 1 hour video consultation to discuss your health concerns and goals. I will also gather information needed to ensure your health program is suited to your body and lifestyle.
2. I will dedicate 4 hours to creating your health program. I will develop this based on the information gathered in the assessment, as well the information provided on the questionnaires you will complete prior to your assessment. This program will include diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, as well as a 3 DAY meal plan.
3. The final hour is dedicated to a video chat, where we review your health program and the recommendations made. You will receive an emailed copy of your Health Program. Meg will break the program into stages for you to progress through at your own pace.
You Health Program includes:
a. Dietary recommendations. Specific foods recommended to support your body
b. Supplement recommendations
c. Lifestyle recommendations
d. 3 DAY meal plan.
BONUS
ACCESS TO MEG: A 30 min check in video chat over the following month is included to answer any questions and review your progress.
A MONTH WITH MEG_________________________________$690
Providing a personalized health plan with added support and one-on one time with Meg
This program offers everything that the Full Assessment offers, but with added bonuses. Offering added time and support from Meg to address all of your concerns, and answer your questions throughout the month.
What is included in the Month with Meg Program?
1. 1 hour video consultation to discuss your health concerns and goals. I will also gather information needed to ensure your Health Program is suited to your body and lifestyle.
2. I will dedicate 4 hours to develop a Health Program that is tailored to your needs. I will develop this based on the information gathered in the assessment, as well the information provided on the questionnaires you will complete prior to your assessment.
3. The last hour will be dedicated to a video review with you, where we discuss your health program and answer any questions you have, ensuring you fully understand your program. You will receive an emailed copy of your health program. Meg will break the program into stages for you to progress through at your own pace.
You Health Program includes:

d. 5 DAY meal plan.
BONUS
Access to Meg: You will get weekly 30 min check in video chats to review your progress and discuss any questions or concerns. As well as, text access to Meg, Monday-Friday, 9-3pm for any additional assistance you may need to make this transition easier for you.
You are welcome to upgrade your program within 21 days of your initial appointment.
