Green Mint Smoothie

I was a little skeptical of adding mint into my smoothie, but I LOVE it!

Serves 1               Prep time: 5 minutes


1 avocado, peeled

1/2 handful of kale, fresh or frozen

1/2 spinach, fresh of frozen

1 cup plant based milk (I use oat)

2-3 sprigs worth of fresh mint leaves (taste it with 2-3 and add more if you like)

1 scoop protein powder (optional)


Add all to blender and blend really well. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
